When we request personal information from you (such as name,

Product Warranty and Disclaimer
All products carry a full manufacturer's warranty. This warranty
will cover replacement of defective putters sold directly
from Fisher Golf, and does not cover damage from misuse or
improper handling.
The Fisher Golf Company provides a full 1-year product warranty
on the "insert portion" of all Fisher putters sold.
All products that qualify for insert replacement shall be
sent to Fisher Golf, Inc.

The Fisher Golf Company will not be held responsible for
any damage, or injuries caused by improper use, or for misuse
of any product sold or distributed by Fisher Golf Company
and it's affiliates.
Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Policy
We ship our products anywhere in the domestic United States.
All orders are shipped via UPS. UPS 2nd Day, 3rd day Select
and UPS Overnight shipping are available for an additional
cost. You can determine the UPS 2nd Day and UPS Overnight
shipping costs by placing the item in the cart and starting
the checkout procedure.
ALWAYS INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT!!
If products are damaged in shipping, YOU must contact UPS
within 24 hours of receipt to submit a claim for the damage.
Also, contact us to let us know you have submitted a claim
with UPS.
Since all orders are shipped via UPS, (unless otherwise specified
or informed), we will always have a tracking number providing
shipping information about your order. We will send you the
tracking number to your e-mail address provided when you order.
If no e-mail address is provided, you can call us for the
tracking number information.
Once UPS has delivered the products to your location, (this
is determined by seeing that the tracking information has
a 'delivered' status), the Fisher Golf Company cannot be held
liable or responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods.
As stated above, YOU must contact UPS in your local city or
town and report the problem. Once you have done so, let us
know the claim number they have given you.
Return Policy
All returns must be accompanied with a return authorization
number. This number is only obtained by contacting us. Any
returns received without a proper return authorization number
will delay processing of your refund or return. You may want
to insure your return, as we cannot be responsible for lost
or misdirected items shipped back to us.

satisfaction guarantee. Simply send the item(s) back in the
original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price
less a 10% restocking fee. This means that you will be refunded
90% of your original order price of the item(s) you are returning,
assuming they are in the original packaging and in "resellable"
condition.
You are also responsible for the shipping cost to return
the item(s) to us. For your protection, you may want to insure
the return shipment, as we will not be held responsible for
the condition of the products being returned.
Your refund will be processed and returned to you using the
